Because our products are made to order just for you, we generally can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or a change of mind. Please review the size guide on each product page before ordering. It's there to save us both a headache.

We'll replace it or refund you when:

- You receive the wrong item
- Your item arrives damaged
- Your item has a manufacturing defect
- Your order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier or fulfillment provider

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at seniorsconsazon@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos when applicable. We'll make it right.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
